ArgoUML - A pure Java open source tool that provides cognitive support for object-oriented design.

ArgoUML is an UML diagramming tool designed to provide support for object-oriented design and enable any user to design projects.

ArgoUML is free but it delivers many editing and generation features similar to those found in commercial applications. As a whole, the program was designed to improve the usability and support the cognitive needs of designers.
