Full-features, WYSIWYG documentation writing tool that automates context-sensitive help authoring and software manual development in CHM and Microsoft Word (*.doc/*.docx) formats. It is determined for a wide range of users: help authors and developers, technical writers, technical communicators, editors, web developers or any other users who need to create any kind of product-support documentation. Authoring environment allows users to work simultaneously with several files, search for broken links and orphaned files in project's folders, and automate image acquisition process. Other features include screen capturing module, full-featured video file creation tool, and graphics editor. DocArchitector 2.0 provides single source - multiple output features. Single sourcing allows users to create documents in various technical formats from the same content. So writing your help files with DocArchitector 2.0 you can use the same content (e.g. the same set of source files) and generate the output documentation in CHM and DOC formats. Currently DocArchitector supports operation with CHM and DOC (Microsoft Word) formats, but support of other popular formats - Web help, Flash Help, PDF and Microsoft WinHelp (Windows Help) - will be implemented in the next versions.
