Virtual Ethernet Switch is a versatile piece of software that allows you to generate a customizable Virtual Ethernet Switch which makes it possible to tweak several parameters.The program can turn any supported computer into a Virtual Ethernet Switch with no need to purchase extra hardware components. You can create switches supporting up to four available ports and it is possible to customize each port.
In the left side of the main window you can view a list of available adapters. Any of them can be connected to your virtual switch, and the app enables you to choose between two levels of router smartness.
The Smart level makes it so only intended traffic is received, and the Dumb level receives all traffic. On top of that, you have the option to block local traffic.
