This application will allow you to compare two folders.

Game Update Maker will compare two directories (one outdated, one updated) and will copy the different files to a third directory. This can be helpful when creating update packs for games because you do not have to re-download the game after every update but just to get an update pack and replace your game files with the updated ones.

If not for games, it can also be used to synchronize directories in general. All you have to do is to distribute the changed files and copy them.
