A diagnostic program for Samsung external HDD series

ESWIN is designed to find SAMSUNG HDD on the system and check the drive's status if target drive is good or not.

To find out drive's status, ESWIN supports 5 parts.
- Drive list on the system
- Identify information
- SMART Attribute status
- Diagnostic
- Scan Test.

During drive self test, this program will do write test to the drive. Even though this test is not destructive, some data could be erased.This program doesn't guarantee data of drive. before using this program, user needs to backup important data.

Caution

This program only support 1.3”, 1.8” and 2.5” of Samsung external HDD series.

- SMART self test does not support 1.3” and 1.8” USB, so Diagnostic menu cannot be executed in these drives.
- This program is 2 times slower than test by PC because it is operated by USB transfer speed. (about 30MB)
- The function of Write is included in this program, therefore please back up your Data for your data protection.
