DR can be copied and run from anywhere, including memory sticks, without needing installation. Discovery Recovery will read NTFS and FAT variants (where present and intact) and can forensically scan for additional files by analysing file signatures. DR also uses intelligent pattern recognition to locate even more potentially recoverable files. Unique scanning technology identifies drive areas populated with unallocated data, enabling Discovery Recovery to cope with the largest of the new high capacity drives quickly and efficiently.
