RightMark CPU Clock Utility is a powerful application capable of real-time monitoring the CPU frequency/load and allowing on-the-fly CPU multiplier and voltage level adjusting for supported CPUs, using the processor’s power management model specific registers.

RightMark CPU Clock Utility delivers information about processor, core and voltage and features the auto-management mode in which it monitors CPU usage level continuously and performs dynamic adjustments to the CPU frequency and/or voltage level as needed.

Features:

- Can determine and monitor in real-time the CPU clock and CPU/OS load level and optionally create logs.
- Detects almost any form of CPU clock throttling.
- Allows you to perform dynamic on-demand CPU performance state transitions using real-time adjustment of the CPU multiplier and/or requested voltage level.
- Supports performing dynamic on-demand CPU clock modulation using real-time transitions between the clock throttling levels of the CPU.
