Zeus for Windows: A feature-rich text editor/IDE designed specifically for software development, with syntax highlighters for popular programming languages

Zeus is a comprehensive text editing application that is IDE compatible and lets you develop software in many popular programming languages. The UI bundles numerous options which may seem confusing for new users, although they are very well organized so it takes little time to get accustomed to the layout.
The center workspace (where you can work on your projects) has a very intuitive design, plus it includes a syntax highlighter for various languages such as Fortran, Python, C++, Go and many others.

The elements of your project can be accessed from a side panel and you can find the files you need to work with through the built-in file explorer.

However, Zeus includes other tools that are useful in coding projects like an ASCII chart and a calculator among others. Users can create and save custom templates so you can reuse them for future projects and macros can be defined to create quick keyboard and/or mouse combinations for shortcuts to frequently used actions and features.

Testing the code to detect errors is also simplified by Zeus as the application includes a debugger which you can customize, although you can also use a third-party debugger if you want to and a compiler is provided as well.
