StoneC - Design of vibroreplacement
Whether it?s a construction site or any other place whether the ground is to be firm but it is not just yet, constructors utilize the vibro-replacement technique to improve the load-carrying capacity of soil silts and clays. Basically, the soil is improved by the insertion of stone columns.
How do you know where to place those columns and how are those columns are to be arranged to achieve the required level of improvement? There is a proven method to calculate that. And StoneC is the way to automate the design calculation.
The software was tested for accuracy and was proven to perform well. It will help you calculate the design parameters according to the method described by Priebe. StoneC supports both rectangular and triangular column grid installation patterns. With this software, you can choose whether the foundation is rectangular or circular, vary column diameter in every subsoil level, perform settlements calculation for the treated and untreated soil, perform bearing capacity calculations, and finalize all calculations with an extensive report of results.
There is more in it. Check out the documentation to find out the details. And check out the software for yourself; it?s absolutely free for a 30-day trial period.
