Inno Setup Compiler (formerly Inno Setup) - Create windows installers

Inno Setup Compiler is a free utility that allows you to create installers for Windows-based applications. The installations are created through scripts (ASCII text files) that control all the aspects of the installations. The script specifies which files will be installed and their location, the shortcuts and how they will be named…and other aspects.

You can edit the scripts inside the Setup Compiler program. When you finish the script you’ll need to select “Compile” and a complete, ready-to-run program will be created in the “Output” directory inside the one that is containing the script (default location).
