SmarterGuards can be used as a surveillance system to guard your home or small business, office, parking area, your sleeping child, pets or anything else you want to guard 24/7 in a smarter way.
Simply connect a camera to your computer, install the SmarterGuard software and you have a low cost and highly effective video surveillance system. SmarterGuard also supports network cameras and even 360 degree cameras! You can mark the secured areas by simply dragging a rectangle using the mouse, and SmarterGuart works well with wireless networks so you can connect your cameras without messing around with lots of cables!
When SmarterGuard detects motion in the guarded area, it can raise an alarm sound, send an SMS, directly call you, E-mail captured images, start broadcasting, and/or record activity, in any combination. You can also access those recordings remotely from anywhere in the world.
The surveillance desktop of SmarterGuard provides a single-screen view of all your secured locations. It gives you a quick way for you to see what all your cameras are seeing, and is a view that you can customize to best suite the way you work. The simple interface makes using the program as easy as can be.
The most unique feature is the technology: SmarterGuard uses our patent-pending video object extraction technology. Unlike other systems that can be fooled by slowly-moving objects, SmarterGuard does not simply compare the snapshots taken by the camera.
SmarterGuard supports any type of camera: just plug it in. From simple webcams to firewire and IP/Network cameras with up to 360 degree coverage!
SmarterGuard provides you with an intuitive working environment. Nearly all functions are just a key press or mouse click away from the one-stop desktop

SmarterGuard 2.1 is licensed as Trial for the Windows operating system / platform. SmarterGuard is provided as a free to try download for all software users (Trial).

SmarterGuard is periodically updated by FileCluster but you may encounter situations when the software informations are slightly out-of-date, the producers of SmarterGuard can modify the product without notifying us. SmarterGuard 2.1 is currently the last updated version of the software. All rights for SmarterGuard are belong to the developer, SmarterEE GmbH.
