OpcDbGateway - Configuring, running of OPC data processing

OpcDbGateway is a software package (configurator and runtime) dedicated for automation and industrial control system or office applications integration service providers.
It is used in manufacturing plants, building management systems, power stations, waste-water processing facilities, for connecting corporate and control systems, and for integrating data from various sources in office applications, providing plant floor data for MES / ERP systems.
Creating of applications preferably by configuring enables high productivity enhanced also with using of various debugging tools and wizards for special function as e.g. historical trends and the address space import import of the external OPC servers.
The possibility to enhance standard configurable functionality with own program modules provides high flexibility and enables integration also with very complex algorithms e.g. for dynamic systems simulation, digital filters and regulators. Using of enhancing program modules for communication driver development makes from OpcDbGateway an universal OPC client/server application. This way, it can be used e.g as DDE OPC server, SMS OPC server...
It can be used also for: OPC tunnelling, OPC redundancy, OPC to mail, SMS and in the SOA systems.
It has three main parts:
-OPC client to communicate with external OPC servers
-OPC server to provide processed data for external applications over OPC, web services or for graphical user interface
-soft controller for data and tasks handling
The system enables parallel running of tasks for data collecting and processing, working with process databases using built-in database functions or SQL commands, periodical or single-shot launching of external programs and scripts at specified time or according to specified conditions, generating of reports, alarms, log-files.
With another products SAEAUT OPCWebExplorer and OPCAdapter it can be perceived as complete SCADA HMI system.

OpcDbGateway 3.16.01 is licensed as Shareware for the Windows operating system / platform. OpcDbGateway is provided as a free to try download for all software users (Shareware).
