- Secura tried to offer me support

- i won't use it again, lost all my data
- some features act wierd

Summary

The archiver has a bug which suddenly causes problem and effectively, stops you accessing your data. Without warning the EXTRACT function ceases to work properly and frustratingly closes the archive every time extract is pressed.
Frustratingly you can see the files in the archive but you cannot get to them. I contacted Perception but they did not seem to want to know about the problem, and offered no suggestion. Very Poor - I have lost some important data!
