Fraps - Real-time video capture and benchmarking

Fraps is a powerful software suite with benchmarking, screen capture and real-time video capture capabilities for Windows-based systems.

Fraps was designed for DirectX and OpenGL based applications to assess the gaming performance of computers and record gaming footage.

Features:

- Fraps benchmarking software displays how many frames per second (FPS) you are getting in a corner of your screen. The program allows you to customize benchmarks and measure the frame rate between any two given points. You can also save the statistics on the hard drive.
- Simple and fast screenshots by pressing a key with automatic naming and time-stamping.
- Real-time video capture function allows you to capture audio and video with custom frame rates between 10 and 120 FPS up to 2560x1600 resolution.

Limitations:

- Watermark is enabled at the top of the video.

- Maximum of 30 seconds for each recording session.

- Screenshots can only be saved as bitmap format.
