The software has been created as common product for surveillance hybrid platforms working all together with wireless and wired IP cameras, TV-cards, capture boards, power-line, and USB cameras. It has web interface with the similar form and controls on the local and distant workstations. Users watch MPEG coded video and have complete management of the program via network that surveillance workstation can be run with no screen, keyboard, and mouse connected. Software`s modular configuration drastically increases reliability because all components work as independent programs. If one unit stops working, other units keep on running. For example if the `record` module fails, `watchdog` starts over it immediately that users don`t notice anything because they are watching picture through a `playback` module.

The software performs `repeated` recording that the `disk full` situation never happens. The recording can be non-stop or it can be initiated by motion, human face recognition, or by timetable. The program has pre-alarm and post-alarm recording. Playing back recorded video is pretty easy and performs on the surveillance pc as well as on distant server through Web interface. The program performs simultaneous video playback for event analysis from multiple cameras at the same time. Also recorded information can be searched by date, time or by face detected. All recorded files can be encrypted and password protected.
