The application can monitor a set of IPs and launch/close an application

IP Watcher is an application designed to ping a list of user-specified IP addresses and allow you to launch an external application if the ping fails.

Both the ping frequency and timeout interval can be configured.

Portable IP Watcher 2.5 is licensed as Freeware for the Windows operating system / platform. Portable IP Watcher is provided as a free download for all software users (Freeware).
