Move Action - Webcam motion detector, emails or saves JPGs

An open-source Delphi program that detects webcam movement and can lock your PC, play a sound, save JPG images to disk and email or FTP them to your account. You can also set up a monitoring zone within the screen to monitor movement in a particular area.
