Extracts information on classes from Delphi/C++Builder files and .NET assemblies to CSV, TXT or XML files. Supports PE files with the resources section being not the last one. Automatically creates the resources section if it is missing in the PE file. Edits .NET assemblies without .NET Framework and .NET SDK.
