raxmlGUI is a user-friendly, easy-to-use graphical front-end specially designed to help you with phylogenetic analysis using RAxML.

Now you will be able to analyze phylogenesis in no time at all with this handy instrument.

raxmlGUI features :

- The GUI includes RAxML executables
- Multiplatform compatibility
- Intuitive interface for data partitioning, and outgroup selection
- Model selection for DNA, amino acid, binary, and multistate alignments
- Interactive exclusion sites
- Combining multiple alignments with automatic partitioning
- Interactive definition of topological constraints
- Robinson-Foulds pairwise distances
- Per-site likelihoods
