Desktop Lectionary - The current Bible readings on desktop

The Desktop Lectionary shows you the first few lines of the week's current Bible readings selected from the lectionary in a small box that's always there on your desktop, stimulating you to meditate on the readings, and to click the link to bring you to the full readings on the Lectionary Page. If you have a permanent internet connection, the lectionary readings will update automatically; otherwise a mouseclick in the upper-left hand corner will get you the week's new lectionary readings after you've logged in to the internet.
This is a quiet, non-intrusive way of reminding you to keep in mind the weekly scripture readings for daily contemplation.

Desktop Lectionary 1.0 is licensed as Freeware for the Windows operating system / platform. Desktop Lectionary is provided as a free download for all software users (Freeware).
