HPlanner - Helps you to keep your weight under control.

It's not easy to manage your weight, but HPlanner can help. It's a Palm PDA tool you can use to keep a log of your daily weight measurements. Just get on the scale every day, and enter your weight in HPlanner; it will keep track on it and will show you graphically how your weight changes over time. If you are on a diet, HPlanner will keep track on your progress, and will assure you that your diet is actually working; If you have already achieved your target weight it will help you to keep it and prevent the extra pounds from sneaking back on you. Includes handy BMI (body mass index) chart and calculator, history and trend graphs. Free trial is available.

HPlanner 1.3 is licensed as Shareware for the Pda-Mobile operating system / platform. HPlanner is provided as a free to try download for all software users (Shareware).
