Exlib - ExLib is an exercise library and diary.

Exlib is an exercise library and diary where you can register your fitness and exercise information. Exlib consists of four main sections: diary, programs, reports and library. With the diary you can register your exercise information, supplements, injuries, exercise notes, body measurements etc. The registered data can be used by the report generator to analyze your training progress. Generate and view exercise reports and graphs describing your progress in a given time period. With the program composer you can access ready-made exercise programs or create, modify and print your own programs. If you have a PDA, you can download the free Exlib Mobile application and register your training information while you are at the gym. Exlib Mobile synchronizes with Exlib Online when in docked mode making it the perfect companion to Exlib Online. The library section contains over 170 training and stretching exercises and is completely free of charge. The exercises are shown with a video and a written description. Detailed overviews show the muscles involved in each exercise. The exercise library is also available in the free Exlib Mobile application.

Exlib 1.1 is licensed as Shareware for the Windows operating system / platform. Exlib is provided as a free to try download for all software users (Shareware).

Exlib is periodically updated by FileCluster but you may encounter situations when the software informations are slightly out-of-date, the producers of Exlib can modify the product without notifying us.
