Albion StopNow! - Simple and discreet RSI break reminder tool.
"Take regular breaks" is probably the most frequent advice you will receive when you talk to medical professionals about Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI).
Albion StopNow helps you take that advice. It monitors your computer and gives you a discreet reminders if you work for too long without taking that necessary break.
