I've sent numerous emails to both their technical support & customer service email addresses without a single reply to my problem.
They won't even seem to honor their money back guarantee...
Visit their website & their knowlede base section to see how poor it is...
I cannot uninstall the non-working code, my anti-virus software is going crazy and all knowledge base links to 'special' uninstall software are broken.
Please give me a working product or at least reply to my emails or give me my money back.
update: I had to reformat my system due to constant freezes and blue screens after using both AVG and Norton to remove this 'program'. Thank you Win-Spy!

I purchased the full version of this software & it won't even install correctly!I've sent numerous emails to both their technical support & customer service email addresses without a single reply to my problem.
