Transbar application was designed to be a small tweaking program that takes advantage of Alpha Transparency in Windows XP and Windows 2000. Using this software, you will be able to adjust the transparency level of your taskbar meaning that a full screen background image is made completely visible. You have the option of running the program automatically at start up, or just when you require it.
