3RVX formerly 3r1c - A volume notification/control tool

A volume notification/control tool that emulates the volume bezel of Mac OS X


3r1c is a free and useful volume notification/control tool which emulates the volume bezel of Mac OS X. When the volume changes, the bezel pops up with the current system volume level.


Turning on the "Enable Hotkeys" item in the config app will make WIN+ and WIN- increase or decrease the volume. In version 1.0, the +/- keys on the main keyboard are supported, as well as the numpad.


3r1c Volume Control features:


- Skinnable with 32-bit PNGs and multiple meter orientations

- Hotkey support to raise and lower volume, as well as eject



Requirements:


- Vista users must run the application in XP Compatibility Mode because of changes to the audio APIs.
