Public Categories für Outlook - Outlook manager with exhaustive filters
Public Categories allows you to manage your categories, central and right in Outlook. A major category list will be made with public Categories synchronous for all staff members. You can transfer your existing categories in Public Categories. The common category list is monitored by the program and the local categories can be automatically updated with the key categories.
If you use public folder Public ShareFolder or Microsoft Exchange Server, it lends itself to the central category of Public Categories list in a public folder store, where all users can access. All users can directly access via public Categories in the same category list.
