Aml Maple will display a flag corresponding to the language used by the active keyboard layout.

Aml Maple is a useful program for those who frequently have to switch their keyboard layout between multiple languages. It displays the currently active language as part of the mouse cursor and/or caret, either with a flag icon or a color coded caret and language symbol.

This way you won't have any more problems when switching form documents written in different languages.
