AnyOrder IV - Mail Order Business Kit Publisher's Description
AnyOrder Level IV is a full-featured business program for mail order businesses--or any business that needs to process orders whether received by phone, mail or through the web. Easy and simple to use, it includes all the features of Levels I, II and III. Those features include the ability to generate invoices and billing statements, keep track of inventory, handle returns, produce sales reports, record customer payments, track consignment items, create customer mailing lists, calculate shipping weights, prepare bank deposit reports, process back orders. Invoices and statements can be printed or sent via email.
It has the ability to process credit cards. It includes telephony features, user defined fields, a flat file utility, currency conversation, extensive and versatile export and import functions, integrated emailing functions, and one of the easiest-to-use and most extensive royalty accounting systems in the industry.
In addition to these features, the Level IV program can be integrated with UPS, USPS, FedEx and other shipping company websites and software. On-line forms are automatically filled for you. Among other tasks, you can create shipping labels and schedule pick-ups.
The Level IV program comes with an innovative early warning system which signals you when inventory levels fall low. Other features include the ability to calculate sales commissions, track ad campaigns, and handle variable tax rates.
Topping off an already impressive list is a comprehensive purchase order system. The Purchase order system is sold separately but is included as part of the Version IV package.
