Makes any Twain compatible scanner as a network scanner. Anyone else on your office or home network may use it in any Twain compliant application. RemoteTwain is intended to be used by banks, small business, computer labs which need to share a scanner across several people. Any business can save expenses and office space by having work-groups share a single scanner between other users.

It works with most Twain scanners. RemoteTwain uses standard HTTP protocol and can be used safely with Firewalls. Built-in security allows to setup necessary access permissions. RemoteTwain is built on top of proven and very popular Twain Importer product that works in many Medical, Financial, Educational, Insurance and Industrial organizations worldwide.

RemoteTwain 4.2 is licensed as Shareware for the Windows operating system / platform. RemoteTwain is provided as a free to try download for all software users (Shareware).
