Outlook Message Autofill - Complete message address fields automatically

Very often especially in big companies the workers of some departments such as marketing department, customer support services have to deal with bulks of email correspondence. From time to time they have to send some mails to other coworkers or to add them to the recipients' copies (CC or BCC). Of cause Outlook does provide the kind of work of the recipient's list modification. But it does not provide the automation of these stale time-taking operations.
Message Autofill is the Outlook add-on program that enables the monitoring of the CC, BCC, TO and SUBJECT fields automatic filling. In that case the filling parameters' setting is rather flexible. For example, it's possible to add one or several addresses like a blind copy to every sent email. It's quite necessary for administration control of some departments working process. While forwarding a message the default email address can be set automatically. The program is indispensable for Technical Service personnel who are responsible for forwarding some emails to other workers.
Message Autofill is very easy to use. Once the program is installed right in Outlook Settings window you will find a new page "Message Autofill" where you can set the parameters for auto filling.
