Handy Label Maker (HLM) is an easy-to-use tool for creating and printing address labels and envelopes.

Various envelope sizes are supported. In addition, HLM serves as a contact manager. HLM was originally designed as a utility for mailing your tax return to federal and state tax centers.

You can get your contacts into Handy Label Maker by importing them (via a csv file downloaded from your email program) or entering them manually via the 'Add contact' module.

Handy Label Maker features :

- Prints labels onto label stock (Avery 5160 or 8160)
- Print labels for subsets of contacts, such as ‘Christmas Cards’, ‘Invitations’, ‘Customers’, etc
- Prints name and address information on envelopes of various sizes
- Print to any label position on label sheet, or most any size envelope
- Print return address labels on Avery 18167 (1/2“ x 1 3/4“) labels
- Contacts easily export to Yahoo, Google, etc., mail programs
- Allows importing of contacts from your email provider, Windows Address Book, etc.
- People finder and Zip code finder simplify address completion
