Built on the frame of InTrek Lite, Premium extends asset management by utilizing barcode technology, to provide businesses with a powerful and inexpensive solution for tracking the quantity, description, location and history of assets. In addition, InTrek Premium allows you to manage location and location contact information. With Premium you can: Create Custom asset templates to speed up the entry of common asset information. For example create a custom template for your copiers, desk, laptops, printers, etc. Create Custom asset descriptions. For example, desktop computers, printers, servers, etc.
Get a history of where an asset has been previously assigned or is currently assigned. Using a bar code scanner, search for a specific asset information and/or input asset information into the system. View all assets assigned to a particular location. Get real time asset statics on the types of assets currently assigned to a particular location. This is great for getting a quick inventory of the current assets assigned to a location. In addition, get a real time running total of all assets currently assigned to a particular location. Ensure the integrity of the database by checking for duplicates before information is entered into the system. If a duplicate is detected InTrek gives you a powerful set of options for modifying and/or deleting the duplicate and/or original asset. Assign a contact to a location. This is extremely useful to tracking who is responsible for assets in multiple locations. "Batch assign assets" from one location to another location. Store, View and Edits notes associated with an asset. For example, service notes. Store, View and Delete documents associated with an asset. For example, scan and upload sales receipts, photos of the asset, service records, invoices, etc. Upload attachments using drag and drop. Apply version control to the asset documentation.
