CyberMatrix Timesheets Web Enterprise Publisher's Description
CyberMatrix Timesheets Web is a simple to use web browser-base multi-user timesheet entry program that allows employees to easily enter time spent on various projects and tasks. Timesheets is ideal for engineering offices and other project centric businesses wishing to replace their old-fashioned paper-based timesheet entry. CyberMatrix Timesheets was designed to provide an effortless transition for those accustomed to the traditional paper-based timesheet entry process. The timesheet entry screen looks like a standard timesheet entry form. Unlike traditional timesheets though, managers can validate and adjust their employees time conveniently from their own workstations without having to pore over countless timesheet reports.
Timesheets features easy, intuitive employee time entry by client, project and task. You can assign rates by employee, client or project for time billing purposes. The custom reporting features allows you to change existing reports and to add new reports. The project management and expense management functions help keep track of project costs and schedules. The Microsoft Project and QuickBooks export features saves you the time you would have spent re-keying this data. You can exchange timesheet data with other software with the CSV import/export features. You can access data from other database applications using the ODBC driver. You can use CyberMatrix Timesheets for all your employees sharing timesheet data over the network or even over the Internet. Timesheets Web allows employee time data to be accessed by any web browser on virtually any operating system, not just Windows. Only the Enterprise version can be scaled up to handle massive user loads. Timesheets Enterprise integrates with virtually any large database server, including MS SQL Server.
