SQL-Splitter is a free utility that allows you to easily split large SQL files into smaller pieces.

PHPMyAdmin allows you to restore or import SQL files of up to 2MB. But what if you have a 10 MB or larger file? You can either split files manually which can be a very time-consuming task or use SQL Splitter.

The program automatically splits SQL files, also deleting blank lines and comments. Moreover you can choose the path, file name and number of lines of code per file.
