RoboBlather - .NET 3.0 Text-to-speech application.

RoboBlather is a text-to-speech application written using .NET 3.0. Rendered speech can be saved to a .WAV file and both talking speed and speech synthesis voice are user-selectable.

RoboBlather 1 is licensed as Freeware for the Windows operating system / platform. RoboBlather is provided as a free download for all software users (Freeware).
