Sharkear is a free Windows application that embeds the GrooveShark website thus enabling some nifty features like: global hotkeys, display artist - song title in the window title and memory consumption enhancements.

Ability to open a GrooveShark URL, in case somebody shares that with you and you want to play it inside SharkEar. Just go to File->Open Grooveshark URL paste the link and hit OK.
Artist – song name are updated in the window title so you can see them even when just hovering over the icon in the task bar.
Unused memory is cleaned regularly so the program takes the least amount of memory from the operating system.
Automatic checking for on-line updates when the application starts.
Refresh option to start over without closing the application.
