Desktop Movie Player is a simple application that opens a video file and plays it on your desktop, temporarily replacing the background image.
The player is based on directshow meaning every movie you can play with a directshow player can be played with Desktop Movie Player too.
When starting, you have to choose the desired movie file. The program runs in the system tray while the movie is played, allowing you to load another file or control the play process.
