Amok DVD Shrinker is a free application that can compress DVDs up to 20% of the original size with minimum quality reduction.

The program preserves DVD menus, subtitles, audio tracks and other features of the original uncompressed DVD. Amok DVD Shrinker can also be used if you just want to copy/rip a DVD, including copyright protected ones through the support for Machinist2.dll.
