Tiny Burner is a highly configurable free dvd burning software. Supports most popular hardware burners and can write to all types of optical media, including CD, DVD and Blu-ray (single and double layer). You can use it not only to write data to CD/DVD/BD, but also if you want to create ISO images from existing discs. This way you can back-up your favorite DVD/Blu-ray/CD discs with movies, games or other data, so you won't wear the original out.

Tiny Burner can be used as a backup program too, meaning all the valuable information that you have on your computer can be stored on optical discs just so that you will have an alternative in case your drive will die.

It uses buffer underrun technology, so that you will have the certainty when writing a disc that it won't be ruined. After burning a discs it will verify the written data to ensure that everything is ok and data is readable.

With Tiny Burner you can use writing sessions too, meaning if a CD, DVD or Blu-ray is re-writable you can burn data in a session, leave the disc open, and after that continue burning other information in a separate session.

After installing it you'll also be able to see information regarding the drive that does the burning, as well as information about the disc you are writing information to. This is important so that you know how much information fits on your discs and how many you need to burn all your data. By default it burns the DVD, Blu-ray or CD at the maximum speed, but you have the option to change that to a lower value (for instance if you need to be sure that the data will be readable on an older CD/DVD/BD reader).

Tiny Burner supports all types of optical media, which means that you'll be able to write using it to: CD-R/RW, DVD-R/RW, DVD-R DL (dual layer), DVD+R/RW, DVD+R DL (dual layer), BD-R/RE, BD-R/RE DL, HD-DVD-R/RW and DVD-RAM.

This free burner runs on Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2000 and 2008/2003/2000 Server. It's free for both personal and commercial use.
