Dr.Web LiveDisk - A bootable disk that lets you remove viruses and other malicious files from your computer

Dr.Web LiveDisk is a bootable disk that allows you to remove viruses and other types of malicious content from your computer. The removal tools it provides can be used after the boot which is very useful in case the operating system is unable to work properly because of viruses.

Dr.Web LiveDisk provides a straightforward interface that allows you to access the Internet as well as an antivirus system directly after system boot. You can scan the hard drive from the Control Center to detect the infected files, as well as the infection source. It is possible to scan only select folders or files, but also the entire hard drive.

Before launching the scan operation you should connect to the Internet and check if you have the latest virus definition files which can be done via the built-in updater.

Dr.Web LiveDisk’s antivirus can be set to automatically delete detected files or send them to quarantine. There’s also a customizable exclusion list and a scheduler to set up regular scans. Furthermore you can create a LiveUSB stick you can use to boot your computer and fix problems.
